CCRF
In an effort to boost innovation and research, a centralized core research facility (CCRF) has been established at the AIIMS, New Delhi. This facility is housed at 9th floor in the Convergence block at AIIMS and encompasses high end instrumentation for Genomics, Proteomics, Bioinformatics, Bioanalytics , BSL-3, Microscopy, Flow cytometry, and other areas. The facility aims to impart a quantum thrust to basic, clinical and translational research in the High priority areas of genomics, proteomics, immunology, infection biology and bioinformatics using state-of-the art platform technologies at AIIMS. The creation of this special Centre would be helpful to place AIIMS at par with the world’s best institutions in these highly competitive and promising fields within a decade.
